Glimmer Mental Health

What is a glimmer?

A glimmer is the opposite of a trigger. Glimmers are tiny moments of joy that can help make us feel more safe and calm.

My Approach

I have formal training in the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach, as well as experience in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

I believe that every single person deserves access to compassionate, comprehensive, and non-judgmental care. I am an advocate for a harm reduction approach, and I practice through a trauma-informed lens.
