What is a glimmer?
A glimmer is the opposite of a trigger. Glimmers are tiny moments of joy that can help make us feel more safe and calm.
What is a CNP?
I am a BScN Registered Nurse as well as a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
Individual Therapy
I offer 50 minute individual therapy sessions for adults and teenagers in New Brunswick, Canada.
Fees &
Pricing
I charge $120 per individual session. I do accept insurance. Sliding scale may be available for those struggling financially.
My Approach
I have formal training in the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach, as well as experience in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
I believe that every single person deserves access to compassionate, comprehensive, and non-judgmental care. I am an advocate for a harm reduction approach, and I practice through a trauma-informed lens.
