Fees and Pricing

Currently my fee is $120 per 50 minute individual therapy session.

I do accept insurance! Many insurance companies cover therapy with a CNP. Check your insurance policy to find out if they will cover some or part of our work together. If you need help navigating this process, please feel free to reach out to me, and we can try and figure out your coverage together.

I am willing to discuss a sliding scale payment option for those who might be struggling financially. I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone who wants and needs it, and I don't want finances to be the reason that someone doesn't seek help. If we are unable to find a sliding scale price that works for you, I will do my best to refer you to a therapist or service that might be a better fit for you.
