Individual
Psychotherapy

I currently provide individual therapy sessions to both teenagers and adults in the Greater Moncton area, with virtual services throughout the rest of New Brunswick.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

During our sessions we will work together to set goals and create a treatment plan. It's important to me that the goals we set are relevant to you and are what you truly want to be working on. It doesn't matter what I think your goals should be, it matters what you think they should be! I am here to support you through every step of this process, but I prefer to take a person-centered approach, where you are able to self determine what is important to you, and what parts of your life you identify that you are struggling with.

I like to include elements of Mindfulness in my therapy sessions where appropriate. I also like to provide handouts and worksheets that I feel might be relevant to my client. I do like to give "homework" assignments, but only if this is something the individual is interested in. I will only ever assign homework that we have both agreed might be helpful!
